I have to say kudos to Coyaba, The first and only Jamaican restaurant in Scotland. It just goes to show wherever you go in this world there is bound to be Jamaicans around. Wi nuff eeeh.
We should now look to promote our cuisine as is, something unique and tasty. To be up there with the French cuisine, Japanese cuisine and the lot. When foreigners talk of our food let them say, "Fine Jamaican Cuisine".
